You may use the 2D-infoExplorer Lite package version 1.03 (the 'Software'), which includes 2D-infoExplorer Lite application, knowledge2D.world and knowledge2D.util packages, accompanying files, data and user documentation, and develop Java(TM) compatible 2D-information programs (the "Data Programs"), provided you comply with the terms and conditions of this License.
There is no charge to use the Software for evaluation purposes. However, if you use this Software for commercial purposes, a registration fee or updating to the full version of the Software is required. In the latter case, unregistered use of Software is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not alter, merge, modify or adapt the Software in any way including reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or creating derivative works. Software may contain source code that is provided solely for reference purposes pursuant to the terms of this License.
You may not create additional classes, interfaces, or subpackages that are contained in the Software in any class file naming convention.
You may use included knowledge2D.world and knowledge2D.util packages only to provide functioning of the 2D-infoExplorer Lite application, not as a part of another program.*
No right, title or interest in or to any copyright material, trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of Software is granted under this License. You may not sell, distribute, loan, rent, lease, license or otherwise transfer the Software or any its copy in whole or in part.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the Software and user documentation, including title to the Software, logos, icons and photographs are owned by Sergiy Beloy ('Author') and protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. Sergiy Beloy retains all rights not expressly granted.
Java and all Java-based trademarks and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sun Microsystems Inc.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Software is distributed 'AS IS'. Sergiy Beloy makes no warranties or representations about the suitability of the Software, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the quality, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Sergiy Beloy shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the licensee as a result of using, modifying or distributing this software or its derivatives. This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of Software. The Software is provided with RESTRICTED AND LIMITED RIGHTS.
